All website and graphic designs or developments, including logos, artwork, scripts (free or otherwise), specific graphics, flash files or any other design content that is not owned by the client will remain the property of Sapiyar Infotech Solution Private Limited until such time that all monies owed are paid in full and a receipt has been issued. These files are then either presented to the client in a digital format, deleted or archived, depending on client wishes
Website Content (Client) : The client will agree to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Sapiyar Infotech Solution Private Limited any materials required to complete the work to an agreed standard and within a reasonable time frame, whether it be graphic artwork, photos or text content. Sapiyar Infotech Solution Private Limited will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet the agreed deadlines, nor will it be liable or become involved in any disputes between the clients, owners, agents or third parties and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of those clients, owners, agents or third parties when supplying content
illegal : Sapiyar Infotech Solution Private Limited reserve the right to refuse to work in any way with material which may be offensive, illegal or controversial, and will terminate any service should this be the case
Payment : A deposit (50%) is required from any client before any project work is carried out. Final payment is required to be paid in full, no later than 7 days from the date of the final invoice. There are no exceptions to this, whether the client decides they no longer want the material, or any outside forces preventing the material from being placed in its intended location, where a deposit for the project work is paid the client is still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Advance paid amount is non refundable

Commission structure are subject to change time to time
Customer should maintain backup of all recharge history and others reports manually. We maintain only last 7 days records to maintain recharge speed. We will not provide any back date record at any cost
Installation : We will provide you one time free installation service, for further installation we will charge Rs 5000 per domain/subdomain.
Renewal : All the services , domain, recharge software, web hosting is valid for one year only. To continue, renewal charge will be aplicable as per plan.
Termination: After account expiry or suspension for any reasone account will be ternamated within 15 days . We are not responsible
Software Updation: If We Update Any Whitelable Services Or Bug It Can Take Upto 3 Months And account will be ternamated Upto 90 days . We are not responsible
